Turnaround
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, Monday - Friday during normal business hours. However, as we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and prompt delivery, we will attempt to ship all orders processed by 2:00pm (AEST) on that same day.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders Australia wide*. *Some exclusions may apply and can be viewed in the “Shopping Cart”.
Our postage fees are calculated based on the shipping method, total order weight and location.

All our items are thoroughly inspected and well packaged before they are sent out. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss of item during the delivery process or any delay by our carriers. Please contact the relevant delivery service providers with your tracking number should you have any concerns with the delivery of your item.
Expected Delivery Times
Express Post shipping: 1-3 days*
Regular Post shipping: 1-5 days*
Courier shipping: 0-1 day** ^
*To most areas. This service can take longer to some rural areas.**Sydney metro areas only. ^Outside Sydney metro area may take longer.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the relevant carrier website. Please note that some low value order items may not have tracking numbers.
International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated in the checkout process. International buyers may be responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes, and may experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays. Please note that some countries may be excluded from international shipping.
Pre Orders
Pre-ordered items will be shipped out to you when the item becomes available. We may charge a fee if you cancel your pre-order for any reason.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Returns Policy
Due to the “limited” nature of most of the products we sell, please consider the following return/exchange policies.
Sale Items and any other discounted Promotional Items, gift cards, coupons or merchandise are non refundable and non exchangeable.
We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect choice or unwanted gift.
We may refund, exchange or credit a purchased item if it has been deemed to have a manufacturing fault, as assessed by us upon its return.
Any items returned must be in original unused condition with all tags, stickers, packaging/boxing attached, within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include but not limited to music, software, any undergarments or hygiene related items.
We do not return, refund or exchange items purchased by international buyers.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been processed and packaged for dispatch. However, after this period and/or if order has been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we need to obtain the package from any of our delivery services.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in original new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size.
If that size is not available after checking with us, we will issue a store credit.
Any goods returned for a change in size will be at the expense of the customer and must follow the ‘How To Return An Item’ procedure below.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping both ways.
How To Return An Item
1. Please email info@limitededitions.com.au with your name, order details and description of problem experienced, to begin return process.
2. Please ensure all items are securely wrapped and we recommend that you use an insured registered delivery service so that parcel can be traced and as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.

4. Include in your return, a online receipt of your purchase.
5. We will notify you via e-mail of your issued store credit/exchange once we have received and processed the returned item.
Restocking & Cancellation Fee
Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking or cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling costs incurred.
Warranty
If a product is listed with warranty, the item will be warranted by us for the period stated and warranty conditions will be as per manufacturer warranty. Please contact us at info@limitededitions.com.au prior to any returns.
